📦 When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed on business days will be shipped the next business day. In most cases, you will have your vinyl in 1-2 business days (within Belgium, chose the payment method “bank transfer” then the order will be shipped the next business day after receiving the payment).
📬 My order has arrived damaged, now what?
Of course we find that very annoying! Please contact us at walter@movinyl.be within 24 hours of receipt. Add pictures of the damage and the packaging, make sure the shipping label is visible and together we will find an appropriate solution - whether that is a replacement or refund.
🔁 Can I return my order?
Yes, you have 14 days reflection period after receiving your order. Please register your return at walter@movinyl.be and return the record in its original condition (seal intact) and packaging. Return costs are at your own expense unless there is an error or damage.
